"this ep is about a lot of things. i wrote this collection of songs during 2020 when, as we all know, a lot of things became very unpredictable and scary. alongside dealing with covid like everyone else, i was navigating an intense online relationship and eventual breakup with an internet friend who i had never met and did not end up ever meeting because of the danger of traveling during the pandemic. i had also just begun identifying as a lesbian, so i was coming to terms with this new identity within the confines of my childhood bedroom.
